The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from the bus terminal that took us to our main destination. the staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist in planning our tours, providing relevant information and even offering tickets to us. the room was spacious and cleaned impeccably, which gave us a comfortable stay.

The language barrier proved to be a bit challenging, as we had trouble communicating with the locals, and arranging for our trip required extra effort. It would have been more convenient to have bilingual support to make the process more seamless.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was within walking distance to the bus terminal, which made it really convenient for our trip to the Huangshan south gate. We didn't have to worry about transportation at all. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain the different routes on the mountains and even helped us arrange our tour. It was great to have their guidance and expertise. Lastly, we really appreciated that they offered ticket purchasing services. It saved us the hassle of buying the tickets ourselves.

The only downside we experienced was the language barrier. If you don't speak Chinese, it might be a bit challenging to arrange your trip.
